The client operates a multi-store automotive dealership group where every team — executive, accounting, payroll, sales, fixed-ops, and vehicle inventory — ran on its own disconnected mix of spreadsheets, vendor portals, and manual reports.

OpenMalo designed and built a single enterprise web application that centralizes business-critical metrics, tools, and reports into one secure, role-based dashboard. Authorized team members get exactly the data they need — and nothing they don't — in real time.

The result is a unified operations platform that cuts manual work, speeds up decision-making, and gives leadership live visibility across every store.
