Project Overview
PropNest is a property marketplace and brokerage CRM built for a real estate group operating across 8 cities. The platform combines public-facing listing pages with an internal agent dashboard for lead management, deal tracking, and commission calculations. We integrated MapBox for interactive neighborhood maps, built an AI valuation engine trained on 5 years of transaction data, and added 360-degree virtual tour support. The Next.js frontend delivers sub-2-second page loads for SEO performance, while Django handles the complex business logic and data models.
